Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you would like to cancel your order or subscription, please email cancellations@candidsky.com. For recurring orders, cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your next billing date. Terms and conditions apply and are included with your order.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you would like a refund for a previous order, please email refunds@candidsky.com. Refunds must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds will typically be processed within 30 days.
